I like Lloyd's Register of Shipping designed by Richard Rogers.

Two features that could be useful:

1) The distinctive colour-coding: blue structure with yellow stairs and red lifts

(sorry, elevators).

2) All services including electrical power conduits and water pipes – on the outside, leaving an uncluttered space inside.

The Lloyd images remind me of the Bradley Building from Blade Runner.

Let's hope what we are making is not that bleak.

My claim – more light colors. You cannot overdo with that.

I know what you are talking about. The Pompidou "inside out" building.

It is very economical, but do we need something like that in the Central?

The reservoir site has enough space for a structure with another reservoir site.

But the color coding inside the structure is a good idea.

Just not too many colors.

Silver + Transparent, maybe sometimes – Red.

I would prefer 88 Wood Street of Richard Rogers, especially the Verticality of his style. Central will need a lot of daylight levels.
