The Swiss experience can be useful for CTRL in the government structure,

not in linguistic policy.

Universal Lincos

For those who have no idea: LINCOS is the only truly universal language composed of scientific symbols that is translatable into the Binary Code and could be transmitted to any place in the Universe.

I bet Jodie Foster and Carl Sagan would agree with me on this matter.

Even though they are listed as French-speakers.
