New York Subway is by far the best New York feature. We all just got used to this 1056 km miracle.
In small towns (like LA – it's a good point somebody already made) without a car, you feel like a hostage.

In NYC – just for a bunch of quarters I can get anywhere: an International Airport, the Prospect Park Wilderness, Beach Areas, the UN Headquarters, even Upstate.
For me, the Wild West is any place I can't reach by MTA, the Landsman was right. By the way, Huguenots are not Germans, fact check sometimes.
